Domaine St Benezet

Cabernet Sauvignon [2006]Pretty red colour, this is an intensely deep wine, “velvety” rich,long and fat without too much tannins. Plant flavours of green pepper, which is very characteristic of Cabernet. Red fruits smells (black currants, raspberries). Touch of spices (cinnamon, cumin, mint, honey). There are also subtle woody perfumes such as cedar, oak, and walnut. This wine is long in the mouth, well balanced. No herbaceous flavors, the tannin is very fine.

Merlot [2006]
