Chardonnay [2009]
Pretty red colour, this is an intensely deep wine, “velvety” rich,long and fat without too much tannins. Plant flavours of green pepper, which is very characteristic of Cabernet. Red fruits smells (black currants, raspberries). Touch of spices (cinnamon, cumin, mint, honey). There are also subtle woody perfumes such as cedar, oak, and walnut. This wine is long in the mouth, well balanced. No herbaceous flavors, the tannin is very fine.
Merlot [2008]
Pretty red colour. This wine is delicate and well balanced, red fruit flavour–black currant, black cherry,with touches of spices such as laurel and mint. There are also some woody perfumes and earth flavors with an aftertaste of coffee. This wine is well balenced and elegant, the tannin is fine and not too aggressive.
