Sauvignon del Collio [vintage 2006]
Beautiful flavors of grapefruit and fresh herbs. Ideal with fish, lobster, shrimp dishes and with appetizers.
Tocai Friulano del Collio [vintage 2006]
Aromatically pure with lemon, lime, grass and hazelnut A firm spine of acidity gives vibrancy to the flavors of lime, grass, powdered stone and mint. Lean and tightly wound, with outstanding complexity.
Pinot Bianco Collio [vintage 2006]
Pale straw-green with pear and spice aromas with lovely complicating suggestions of jasmine and lavender. The very pretty, pure nose is followed up on the palate by equally refined flavors of green apple, pear and delicate apricot. Very long and minerally on the back, with bright acids giving a superb definition and cut hay.
Pinot Grigio del Collio [vintage 2006]
This is a full-bodied pinot grigio with flavors of pears. From a small boutique family estate, this is one of the finest wines coming from Italy for the past several years.
Toros Merlot del Collio Selezione [vintage 2002]
This is a complex, fruit-forward, full-bodied merlot with gorgeuous tannins and bright cherry flavors. Ideal with red meat dishes, mushrooms, veal and rich pastas.
