Scopone

The Scopone farm is a very old estate that has just recently been renovated. It is located at 475m above sea level, in the hilly region of Montalcino and has a unique type of rich soil laden with both sand and clay and a mild climate. The vineyards, nestled in the Pliocene hills, creates the perfect growing conditions to these types of grapes. Scopone makes two kosher wines, one of which we carry– the Rosso di Montalcino Kosher Scopone. The Scopone estate is proud to employ one of the most prominent female winemakers in Italy.
