Amity Vineyards is located in Yamhill County, Oregon just 7 miles from McMinnville. This region has been recognized as one of the premier Pinot noir producing areas in the world-rivaling the best in Burgundy. As one of Oregon’s pioneer wineries, Amity Vineyards helped establish the area’s reputa- tion for world class Pinot noir as early as 1985, the year Robert Parker “Discovered Oregon,” praising Amity Vineyards’ 1983 Winemaker’s Reserve Pinot noir.
Since the early days Amity has won many national and international awards. Although, best known for their Pinot noir, they have won awards for Riesling, Pinot blanc, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and Gamay noir. Crannell Pinot Noir
Aromatic and loaded with notes of red and black cherry mixed with baking spice and violet petals. Well-rounded and smooth with cocoa, vanilla spice and bright cherry on the finish; medium-bodied.
Pinot Noir Croft Organics (no sulfites added)
From Amity’s Eco-Wine line this Pinot is produced without any added sulfites. Aromas of dried strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate mixed with roasted coffee, Forest floor and milk chocolate dust; medium bodied. Pairs great with light meats and mushrooms.
Riesling Wedding Dance
Aromatic and lush with notes of citrus zest, honeysuckle and ripe apricot. This is a full-bodied and semi-sweet Riesling that pairs great with spicy foods.
Lush and round with notes of baked apple, pineapple, wet stone and just a kiss of oak. Great pairing for grilled fish, cream sauce pasta and baked pork.
