YANG Sushi White Blend

 Finger Lakes, New York 

Produced by Casa Larga Vineyards, Fairport, New York. Zesty and crisp, YANG is destined to match perfectly with sushi rolls and sashimi. Blend of 50% Riesling, 30% Cayuga White and 20% Vidal Blanc, YANG has aromas of white lily petals, crisp green apple and Asian pear with a zingy citrus finish. Perfect for sipping on a hot summer day or even paired with oysters, salads and of course with raw seafood. 

YINYANG Pinot Grigio Rose

Willamette Valley, Oregon

Organically Farmed Grapes from Croft Vineyard Conceived by Sommelier Andrew Stover and winemaker Darcy Pendergrass, YINYANG is a bright and fresh pink wine produced from 100% Oregon organically grown Pinot Gris soaked on skins for 8 hours. It tastes more like a white wine than a rose. Notes of pink grapefruit, lemongrass and apricot, slightly zesty finish. Amazing with sashimi, sushi rolls, salads and light meat dishes like poultry or pork.

YIN Malbec Blend

Temecula, Valley, California

Produced by Stuart Cellars, Temecula Valley in Southern California. 50% Malbec, 25% Merlot and 25% Tempranillo. YIN is the ultimate companion to Asian fusion meat based dishes.
