“At Orchid Cellar we are proud to be part of the oldest tradition in winemaking. Started by accident before written records, meadmaking has been mastered by the European monks over the last thousand years. We used this tradition as inspiration to recreate very old recipes, but also to experiment with the new world taste.

Our family established Orchid Cellar in 2006 and in 2009 found a perfect location for a boutique winery in Middletown, central point in the valley with perfect soil and breath-taking views.
